When movie star Shia LaBeouf isn’t spending his time protesting Trump’s presidency by livestreaming leftists in a zombie-like state chanting “He Will Not Divide Us,” the Disney Channel alumnus is out doing what he actually has a talent for — acting on the silver screen.
But, it seems like with most of his films since Transformers and Fury, the actor has once again chosen a project that audiences don’t care about.
Case in point, as Variety reports:
“Man Down,” a war thriller with Shia LaBeouf, grossed just £7 ($8.70) when it premiered in a single U.K. theater over the weekend, according to ComScore. That’s the equivalent of selling a single ticket, given that the U.K. Cinema Association puts the average movie admission cost in the country at £7.21.
