CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Pennsylvania student teacher is accused of secretly recording students in the locker room, State Police say.
While he was a student teacher at Owen J. Roberts School District in Chester County, Samuel Fischer, 34, of Erie, allegedly surreptitiously recorded boys in the locker rooms, according to a news release from State Police.
Troopers began their investigation two years ago after being notified of a criminal incident at the school.

Fischer faces felony charges of photograph/film/depict on computer sex acts, unlawful contact with a minor – sexual abuse and child pornography. he also faces misdemeanor charges of invasion of privacy.
Fischer was placed on unsecured bail set at $100,000 by Magisterial District Judge John Hipple, which Fischer posted. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 23.
