McDonald’s manager get viciously attacked by woman out on bond because her ‘order was wrong’

A woman who was charged with assault in connection with an attack at a restaurant in 2023 is now facing a fresh assault charge related to an alleged attack against a McDonald’s manager.

According to authorities, Kaitlin Brantley violently assaulted Tiffany Sherrod at the Cheddar’s in Cordova in 2023 when she was out of jail on bond. Brantley was a passenger in a car that passed through the drive-thru on February 7, according to Sherrod. She claimed that Brantley was furious because she had received the incorrect order.

Sherrod claimed that Brantley went on a frenzy when she attempted to explain that she was the manager and that she would correct the order.

“Whatever she was on, she wouldn’t let me go,” said Sherrod. “I had to protect myself.” Brantley eventually let her go, according to Sherrod, and started destroying the business. Brantley allegedly damaged food items, monitors, and displays, according to the police. Sherrod recorded the devastation that was left behind.

“She ended up leaving the way she came in,” said Sherrod. Brantley was accused of assault and vandalism, and following Sherrod’s speech to the court last week, her bond was canceled in the Cheddar’s case.

“I let them know that no matter how I tried to fix her order and, you know, accommodate, she was not going for it. She didn’t want to hear it,” Sherrod said. Sherrod was called into court by the mother of the victim of the attack on Cheddar.

Earlier in March, a video of a male customer attacking a female employee at the Kenilworth McDonald’s over food went viral on social media. The video received over 328k views and 1.3k reactions.

The white man in the video is seen standing behind the counter in the kitchen, which is an area that is only accessible by staff members. He hears and sees the black female employee telling him, “You wait for your food.”

“Don’t dare push me,” she yells. The male continues his attack, trying to strike her as she pushes him away, but she defends herself by using the chip fryer she is holding.
