She attested that she did not directly witness any misconduct and refrained from involving law enforcement, opting instead to deal with it personally.
Stephen was the first to endure horrific abuse. In August 2012, his mother scalded his genitals with hot water while he was showering.
She also subjected him to physical assault and strangled him with a belt after forcing him to consume Windex. A bag was placed over his head until he passed out. The brutal torture reportedly lasted for two weeks before his tragic death.

The cause of Stephen’s death was multiple blunt force trauma, while Stoni died from a blow to the head. After murdering Stoni, Blair compelled her other daughter, then 17, to place the body in the freezer alongside Stephen’s remains.
Just before Blair was apprehended for her monstrous acts, she audaciously posted on Facebook: “There is no greater blessing than being called Mom.”

She asserted that she planned to kill Stoni in 2013 but did not have the same intention for Stephen when he perished in 2012.
Blair had two additional children, a son and a daughter. Her surviving son reportedly told a social worker that he was once lashed with a cord and his sister was hit with a hammer.
In July 2015, Blair received a life sentence without the possibility of parole for the murder of two of her children, following her guilty plea to two counts of felony murder, two counts of premeditated murder, and one count of torture.

She lamented the children’s living conditions, adding: “They lived in terrible fear of you. And I find that just so sad in this case. After all is said and done, you imposed the death penalty on your own children.”
Blair, condemned to spend the rest of her life behind bars, was reportedly incarcerated at the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility in Ypsilanti.
Reports from the prison include Blair’s involvement in various disturbing incidents, such as using a Pringles can to fling urine and feces at a corrections officer’s face. In another event, she allegedly struck an officer in the arm and stomach.
