The short clip has been shared multiple times on social media platforms and has become the talk of the town with many people coming forward and expressing their disappointment.
Video sparks discussion around ‘unsafe environment’ for children
People were quick to express their concerns regarding the school activity with one writing: “Someone needs to be fired for creating this unsafe environment where children are present. This lacks all safeguarding and should not be conducted in a school environment.” Another wrote: “I don’t see anyone stopping it. If this had happened at my school, it would have taken milliseconds for me to be out there stopping it and I’m not an admin. This is disgusting, horrific, and criminal. All involved should be arrested.”
“How does something like this even get approved,” another user questioned. “So the school claims it wasn’t planned. Any reason a teacher/administrator didn’t step in to end it then? Obscene. I’m no prude but this is not appropriate material for minors,” said one more.

As per reports, Oak Grove High School’s principal sent a voicemail to all the parents suggesting how embarrassed and disgusted she was with the events that took place during the pep rally.
She said: “Disgusted, appalled, upset, embarrassed, and disappointed were all the words I used to describe to my family what I witnessed at the Oak Grove High School pep rally on Friday. These feelings accurately describe how I felt. As the principal, and as a parent, what took place on Friday is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of excellence we have worked to establish at Oak Grove.”
“As the leader of the school, I take full responsibility for the actions of my students. I apologize to all of my students who were not involved in our Oak Grove community. My first order of business this week will be to address the issue appropriately. I can assure you this will not happen again under my leadership at Oak Grove High School. I ask for your continued support as I work to address the situation with students and staff,” the message concluded.
