NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) — An 82-year-old man required more than a dozen staples to his head after a rock and a wooden board were hurled at him from a rooftop as he was in his yard in the Bronx this week, police said.

The NYPD released video Thursday of the two male suspects, who appear to be in their teens.

The victim was in his backyard at East 149th Street and Walton Avenue in Mott Haven around 8:30 a.m. Sunday when the debris came raining down on him.
