If President Joe Biden felt an ounce of shame, most of what he did in office would fill him with regret.
Maybe his biggest regret would be calling half of the country “garbage.” Maybe all the times he gaslit the entire country, left and right, about pardoning his son or how the southern border was secure; maybe his administration’s disastrous retreat from Afghanistan, which led to the deaths of 13 U.S. service members; maybe weaponizing the Department of Justice against his political opponent, Donald Trump; maybe using extreme partisan rhetoric in comparing the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot to the Civil War; maybe dragging America to the brink of World War III; maybe his crucial, if oblivious, role in the greatest lie and coverup of his presidency: hiding his senility.

“His biggest disappointment, Biden said, was his failure to effectively counter misinformation, including that from Trump. He said that challenge reflects the revolution in how Americans get their news, and whom they trust to tell it,” USA Today reported.

What Biden probably wanted to say was, ‘There aren’t enough censors out there who will suppress the views and narratives that threaten the establishment’s power and the pre-approved narratives provided by The New York Times’ and his favorite cable news show, Morning Joe.
It’s telling. The Biden administration already presided over a powerful and vast Censorship Industrial Complex that choked free speech. They colluded with Big Tech platforms like Google and Facebook to crack down on “misinformation” during the COVID-19 pandemic. The State Department’s Global Engagement Center collaborated with fact-checkers to crush conservative news outlets. Yet the president wished he and his administration had done more?
Thankfully, the tide appears to be turning, ever so slightly, on the free speech front. On Tuesday, Mark Zuckerberg, whose company outright colluded with the Biden administration to censor Americans amid the pandemic, announced the end of Facebook’s “politically biased” fact-checking program.

But the fact remains that Biden was the most censorious president in modern political history, and set a dangerous precedent for America in the 21st century. And, of course, he has no regrets about it, whatsoever.
