As Redstate reported, an illegal immigrant from India killed three motorists in Florida after making an illegal U-turn. Harjinder Singh, who is of Sikh origin, was captured by an in-cab dashcam swinging his 18-wheeler across all lanes of traffic while trying to use an “official use only” turnaround. A minivan was unable to stop and ended up careening into and under the trailer at high speed, ripping the vehicle to shreds and killing the three occupants, two of them instantly.
Now, more information is emerging about just how unqualified the illegal immigrant was to hold the CDL he had. According to the Department of Transportation, Singh flunked an English language proficiency assessment, answering only two of a dozen verbal questions correctly. He could also only identify one of four highway traffic signs he was shown.

Newsom has tried to pass the buck, claiming that it was the Trump administration that enabled Singh. That turned out to be a complete lie.
