A Cheviot, Ohio, man has been arrested and is accused of secretly recording a child in a full state of nudity on a cellphone.
According to the Cheviot Police Department, officers were called to a home on Phoenix Avenue on May 5 after a mother found a video of her 11-year-old daughter who was nude on her live-in boyfriend’s cellphone.
Police investigated and said David Hurt, 50, had “intentionally and secretly” recorded his girlfriend’s daughter in a full state of nudity on March 18 and on May 4.
On Tuesday, detectives interviewed Hurt and he admitted to recording the child.
Police arrested Hurt and he was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. He faces pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person and voyeurism charges.
The Cheviot Police Department is still investigating.
