Joe Biden’s ‘dangerous behaviour’ blasted as ‘weakness to be exploited’

Military historian Victor Davis Hanson took aim at the US President in a new opinion piece for Fox News. The expert suggested that Mr Biden’s “arrogance” could unleash a “terrifying” foreseeable future.

Mr Hanson wrote that the Biden Administration “has emphasised racial differences rather than our melting-pot commonalities.

He added: “It has stereotyped America’s White population – hardly uniform in terms of class and ethnicity – as somehow uniformly enjoying unearned privileges and acting systemically racist.”

Mr Hanson issued a stark warning about America’s future under the Biden Administration, claiming a “terrifying” future could ensue.

The author wrote: “The danger is that racial tensions will increase, hate crimes will spike, racial demagogues will dominate, meritocracy will vanish and tribal solidarity will replace it.

“And the ancient idea of America will unwind.”

He added: “When an arrogant present dismisses the wisdom of the past, then an all too predictable future becomes terrifying.”

Mr Hanson’s blistering remarks come after a recent Gallup survey found that Mr Biden has been even more divisive during his 100 days in office than former President Donald Trump.

The poll showed that Mr Biden was perceived as being far from a unifying figure by disillusioned Republican voters.

According to the survey, 94 percent of Democrats approved of the new President’s performance, while only 11 percent of Republicans did.

By contrast, Mr Trump obtained 87 percent approval ratings from Republicans and 12 percent from Democrats at the same stage.

But according to some Democratic Party insiders, Mr Biden will only take on one term – but he would not admit this publicly.

A top adviser to Mr Biden’s campaign told Politico: “If Biden is elected…he’s going to be 82 years old in four years and he won’t be running for reelection.”

They added: “This makes Biden a good transition figure. I’d love to have an election this year for the next generation of leaders, but if I have to wait four years [in order to] to get rid of Trump, I’m willing to do it.”
