High school says bathrooms do not have litter boxes, students not on leashes

In ‘this can’t be real’ news, a Pennsylvania school district has released a statement that says their bathroom facilities do not have litter boxes.

Yes, you’re reading that right, a real high school put out a real statement that says they do not have litter boxes in their bathrooms for their students.

The Homer-Center High School and school district sent out a letter yesterday that states they had investigated an allegation that litter boxes were placed in bathrooms for students who identify as cats.

More than just litter box allegations, Homer-Center administrators were tasked with investigating if students were leading others through the halls with leashes because they identify as dogs.

The administration’s investigations concluded that there are no litter boxes in the bathrooms, no one is being led on a leash, and none of their students identify as any sort of animal.

The allegations stemmed from a Facebook post on the Homer-Center Crime Watch page.

The post spurred numerous calls to the school district that led to the investigations.

Homer-Center’s motto is “where everybody is somebody,” and they aim to help every student reach their full potential, none of them are utilizing litter boxes or leashes at school.
