Leaked information indicates that cocaine has found its way into the White House and was discovered at the seat of power not long after President Joe and his son Hunter left for Camp David.
According to a dispatch call by the local fire service, the substance that claims 5,000 US lives annually, and has a historic career-destroying relationship with Hunter Biden, was found in the White House library and the unexpected find prompted an evacuation of the premises.
The Washington DC Fire Department assisted the Secret Service in investigating the security incident.
Upon arrival, they determined that the substance did not pose a threat, and a dispatch recording from the fire crew confirmed that a preliminary test conducted by officials revealed that the white powder tested positive for cocaine hydrochloride, as was reported by the Washington Post.
According to reports, a member of the US Secret Service discovered it while conducting a routine patrol through the White House.
The Secret Service is currently investigating to determine how the illegal substance made its way into the presidential residence while further testing is being carried out to confirm the initial results.
President Joe Biden himself was not present at the executive mansion when the substance was found as confirmed by United States Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gulielmi.
This incident has drawn attention back to Hunter Biden’s history of substance abuse.
Up to this point, the president and his son repeatedly asserted that Hunter had overcome his addiction.
Hunter recently entered into a plea deal with Justice Department prosecutors after admitting to falsifying a federal form to purchase a firearm. Hunter noted on the form that he had no addictions at a time when he was battling a cocaine habit and as such, was granted official permission to own a firearm, per the Daily Mail.
The publicization of this infraction was perhaps one of the landmark moments where his dalliances with the dangerous white powder received public attention.
