Transgender Powerlifter’s Lawsuit Makes It To Minnesota Supreme Court. Here We Go With Another Battle

Let’s get ready to rumble!

A transgender powerlifter is still pushing a completely ignorant lawsuit in the name of so-called “discrimination,” and it has unfortunately made it all the way to the Minnesota Supreme Court (like they don’t have bigger problems to deal with in that hellhole). “It’s just basic discrimination law that you can’t pick out people based on who they are, based on averages, generalizations and stereotypes about what their bodies are like,” stated one of Cooper’s lawyers, Jess Braverman, according to CBS. “That’s true for cis-gendered women, it’s true for transgender women, and we want to make sure that law is enforced.”

Earlier in 2024, USAPL appealed the decision, leading to a partial overturning from the Minnesota Court of Appeals. That decision sparked up a counter-appeal from Cooper, sending the case to the Minnesota Supreme Court. And here we are.

“What the Minnesota Court of Appeals said is that Minnesota does prohibit discrimination against transgender people, but that they were not sure whether that’s what happened here,” said Braverman. “They were not sure whether what USAPL did constitutes discrimination.”

Anybody ready for a legal battle?
