Kelli Tedford, 23, was arrested Friday, Feb. 21, and charged with felony criminal mischief, the Keene Police Department said in a news release. She lives in Keene, which is about a 65-mile drive southwest from Manchester.

Investigators say an anonymous source reported Tedford “had posted disturbing videos” of herself contaminating food with “her urine” at the Monadnock Food Co-Op in Keene.

“The Co-Op immediately removed the affected product and, in coordination with the health department, issued a recall,” police said.

The contaminated products included organic quinoa, organic cornmeal, organic polenta, organic coconut shreds and raw walnuts. “No fresh produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods or refrigerated products were affected,” the co-op said in the news release.

Losses for the store were estimated at “$1,500 in destroyed merchandise and cleaning costs,” police said.

“This investigation is ongoing and additional criminal charges are possible,” police said.

Details were not released on where the videos were posted.
