There have now been four knife attacks on NYC subways this month.

Gov. Kathy Hochul pledged $77 million to keep NYPD cops in the subway system in 2026 Thursday.

Subway crime has dipped to its lowest level in 16 years and overall transit crime is 15% lower than it was in 2019, Hochul crowed.
