Kyle Rittenhouse is suing LeBron James and Whoopi Goldberg for defamation. The killer announced the pending lawsuits during his appearance on Frontlines with Drew Hernandez on Feb. 22.
Hernandez posted the interview on Twitter and boldly tagged James in the tweet with a caption noting Rittenhouse’s condemnation of Black Lives Matter.
Rittenhouse killed twenty-six-year-old Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, at a BLM protest in Kenosha, Wisc. on Aug. 25, 2020.
Huber and Rosenhaum were protesting the shooting of Jacob Blake, who was paralyzed after being shot by a cop seven times in front of his children during a traffic stop. Rittenhouse was acquitted in the nearly 80 percent white community after a questionable trial. The Frontlines’ host also tagged the right-wing outlet Turning Point USA.
“Rittenhouse also condemned Black Lives Matter during the appearance,” her wrote. “BASED KYLE: @ThisIsKyleR denounces BLM and reveals he will be suing @KingJames Full: https://youtu.be/6g3Ff8K0x00 @TPUSA.”

Rittenhouse previously said he was angry after LeBron questioned an account of Rittenhouse breaking down on the stand during the trial and joked the killer probably ate Lemonheads beforehand.
“What tears????? I didn’t see one,” wrote James. “Man knock it off! That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court. 🤣🤣🤣

The accused killer also appeared on FOX News and told Tucker Carlson he was suing Whoopi for calling him a murderer. He also wants to sue The Young Turks Cenk Uygur.
“Right now we’re looking at quite a few,” he said. “Politicians, celebrities, athletes. Whoopi Goldberg’s on the list. She called me a murderer after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers. She went on to still say that. And there’s others. Don’t forget about Cenk Uygur from The Young Turks. He called me a murderer before the verdict and continues to call me a murderer.”
Whoopi said on The View:
“Even all the excuses in the world does not change the fact that three people got shot,” she said. “Two people were murdered. To me it’s murder. I’m sorry.”
After learning of the lawsuits, former NBA star Rex commented that he hoped Rittenhouse had deep pockets.
