US President Joe Biden has been criticized for a speech filled with blunders, leading to claims that he was “fried”. The President was presenting the esteemed Presidential Medal of Freedom, one of the highest civilian honors in the US when he delivered the confusing speech.
This video shared by the conservative RNC Research group on X shows the 81-year-old President stumbling over his words and mispronouncing the name of the award. RNC Research quoted Biden as saying: “BIDEN: ‘I congratulate Presidential Freedom of Medal recipients’.”

These frequent gaffes have raised concerns from both political sides about Biden’s fitness for office, reports the Express.
According to an AP poll conducted late last year, a staggering 77 percent of voters surveyed believe Biden is too old to effectively serve four more years.
