‘Of No Further Force Or Effect’: Trump Puts Anyone Pardoned By Biden’s Autopen On Notice

President Donald Trump announced he was declaring numerous actions by former President Joe Biden involving the use of an autopen “null, void, and of no further force or effect” Tuesday evening.

“Any and all Documents, Proclamations, Executive Orders, Memorandums, or Contracts, signed by Order of the now infamous and unauthorized ‘AUTOPEN,’ within the Administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr., are hereby null, void, and of no further force or effect,” Trump posted. “Anyone receiving ‘Pardons,’ ‘Commutations,’ or any other Legal Document so signed, please be advised that said Document has been fully and completely terminated, and is of no Legal effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

“We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency,” the Oversight Project posted. “All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year.”

The nonprofit then posted images comparing what it said were autopen signatures to the signature on the July 21, 2024 letter in which Biden announced he would not accept the Democratic nomination for president.

Questions were raised about the White House’s truthfulness about Joe Biden’s health during his term in office. A Wall Street Journal article published Dec. 19, 2024, revealed that White House aides “insulated” Biden, even from Cabinet members, as his health declined, following similar articles published by the outlet earlier in the year.
