The person, who referred to himself as Marcus, stated on “The Wilkow Majority” that he underwent a sex change procedure and suffered from a mental illness, but has now found Jesus Christ and is detransitioning. He previously appeared on the show in March where he defended his identity as a “trans woman.”

The caller and Wilkow agreed that transgender surgeries and hormone procedures have negative effects on those suffering from gender dysphoria, especially children, who are enduring a social contagion.
When he called the program in March, the caller identified as “Stefanie” to debate transgenderism. He told Wilkow that he “fully transitioned” about seven years ago.

“Because you want us to play along with the notion that when you say you have bottom surgery, that when you can change all of your parts, you can’t change your biology. You can’t change your chromosomes. You can’t change what you really are,” Wilkow said.
Wilkow asked the caller if he would believe that someone was a dog if they identified as one, to which “Stefanie” said that he would not. He stated that while he is a biological male, he always wanted to be a woman throughout his life.

The caller agreed at the time that children should not undergo transgender surgeries.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) proposed two initiatives on Thursday to bar Medicaid from funding sex changes for minors and restrict Medicare and Medicaid-participating hospitals from performing these procedures on minors.
