A York County woman has been charged with aggravated assault by a vehicle after police say she drove almost a mile and a half with a man on the hood.
Police say 27-year-old Tangina Cortez hit the man with her car in York Township early Sunday morning.
Police say the man’s hand was trapped so he held onto and jumped on the hood of the car when Cortez started to drive.
During the drive, investigators say Cortez was driving about 60 miles an hour.
The man was freed from the hood of the vehicle by police and was taken to York Hospital.
