Establishment media have allowed gender ideology to entirely corrupt their journalistic practices, with outlets trying to incite fear in the same parents they have convinced to put their children through irreversible sex changes.
ABC News (which is owned by the Walt Disney Company ) is the latest to take the baton, publishing a wildly irresponsible piece about how “laws restricting gender-affirming care have prompted some families to move.” The headline of the piece begins with the word “genocidal” in quotes, as one parent told ABC News that Texas “felt very genocidal” for not allowing children to undergo irreversible sex changes.
Yes, Texas “feels” genocidal because the state won’t let children, who lack the capacity to consent to life-changing alterations, be pumped full of hormones and permanently disfigured through sex change surgeries. And you thought Auschwitz was bad.
Here is how ABC describes the case of another family: “Elsa’s parents describe her as wise beyond her years. She had expressed that she was a girl from an early age and guided her parents through her gender journey — asking to wear dresses, change her name, and to be referred to as a ‘daughter’ by her parents.”
The child who is oh so “wise beyond her years” was a 3-year-old boy when he declared that he was “a girl person,” which immediately began his “gender journey.” His parents have been prepping him for hormones and surgeries ever since (he’s 7 now), and ABC News sees no need for skepticism or a conversation of ethics. This isn’t just supposed to be normal and legal, it’s supposed to be beautiful and necessary, according to our esteemed press.
This is blatant propaganda of the worst kind. Media outlets such as ABC News and the “medical researchers” they cite are telling parents that their children can indeed be the wrong sex and should be permanently altered, both physically and chemically, to attempt to become the opposite sex, regardless of their age. Parents of children who aren’t even old enough to be in kindergarten are being told that their children will kill themselves if they don’t begin the sex change process immediately.
Whether these parents are true leftist believers or have been severely misled by activists masquerading as journalists and medical “experts” who are happy to disfigure their children for the right price, this rhetoric is utterly deranged. Your 3-year-old child will never be “wise beyond their years,” and he is certainly not wise enough to be sent down the path of permanent sex changes. It is not “genocidal” to say children shouldn’t be sent down an irreversible path of chemical and surgical alterations that many grow to regret.
And yet ABC News is happy to promote this because it is ideologically committed to transgender activism. The outlet and others like it have disgracefully abandoned all ethics, journalistic or otherwise, to partake in what will be remembered years from now as a sinister political push by activists and a money grab by the medical establishment that led to the permanent disfigurement of children.
